In December of 2008, Thomas joined the Marines. He went all over the place for training, from South Carolina to Oklahoma and I moved from Ohio to Arkansas. Once his training was finished Thomas went to his permanent duty station in Camp Pendleton, California and I joined him there. We thought we were done moving. Aren’t we funny? 🙂
Three months after getting to California we found out we were expecting and that Thomas was being deployed. So we packed everything up once again and Thomas went to Afghanistan and I went to Arkansas. Seven months later, William was born and Thomas returned and we are once again living in California. It is so good to all be in one place together, I am so thankful for our family!
Since we are away from our friends and family, we want to have a way to keep everybody up to speed with what is going on. Hopefully we’ll have lots of great adventures to share with you all. And with a kid as cute as William, you know we’ll have lots of pictures to show off!
